Iâm a Certified Grief Educator trained under David Kessler, an IFS practitioner, and a Maxwell Leadership Coach.

In our time together, we follow whatâs coming up in real timeâ
through your emotions, your body, your internal parts, and at times, intuitive insight that brings clarity you havenât been able to access on your own.

My experience with loss didnât start with certifications.
Iâve lost people I love.
Iâve gone through divorce.
Iâve had moments where everything I thought I knew about my lifeâand myselfâfell apart.
I know what itâs like to keep showing upâŚ

while something inside of you hasnât caught up.
To look like youâre okay on the outsideâ
and quietly feel like youâre not yourself anymore.
Thatâs the space I know well.
And itâs the space I hold for others now.
This isnât about getting over grief.
Itâs about understanding itâso it can move, instead of quietly shaping your life.

What a Session Feels Like
No two sessions are the sameâbecause no two people carry grief the same way.
We start by slowing things down. Slow is fast hereâbecause itâs what allows things to actually move.
A moment to settle your system.
To come out of your head and into whatâs actually going on underneath.
From there, we begin with where you are.
Whatâs been feeling off.
Whatâs been sitting with you.
What you havenât been able to fully make sense of.
We follow whatâs coming up in real timeâ
emotionally, physically, and intuitively.
Sometimes that looks like putting language to what hurts.
Sometimes itâs working with what your body has been holding.
Sometimes itâs connecting with parts of you that havenât been fully heard.
And at times, insight comes through in ways you havenât been able to access on your ownâ
including intuitive or channeled guidance, or a sense of connection that brings clarity.

Each session is guided by one question:
What do you need right now?
You leave with:
