From the disorientation of grief and change…
to feeling more like yourself again.

A place to slow down, make sense of what’s been feeling off, and understand what you’re carrying—emotionally, physically, and intuitively.

For those navigating loss, identity shifts, and life transitions who are ready for a different way through this.

Start Here

Grief changes everything—who you are, how you see the world, and the way you move through it.

And at some point, even when life starts moving again…
something still feels off.

You’re getting through your days.
You’re doing what you need to do.

But you don’t quite feel like yourself.

That’s where this experience begins.

This is not traditional coaching.

It’s a personalized, guided experience that meets you where you are—emotionally, physically, and intuitively—so you can begin to understand what you’re carrying and reconnect with yourself in a way that actually feels right.

I’m a Certified Grief Educator trained under David Kessler, an IFS practitioner, and a Maxwell Leadership Coach.

But more than that, I’ve learned to listen beyond what’s said.

In our time together, we follow what’s coming up in real time—
through your emotions, your body, your internal parts, and at times, intuitive insight that brings clarity you haven’t been able to access on your own.

There’s no script. No one-size-fits-all approach.

Because grief doesn’t live in one place—
and it doesn’t move by being thought through alone.

My experience with loss didn’t start with certifications.

I’ve lost people I love.
I’ve gone through divorce.
I’ve had moments where everything I thought I knew about my life—and myself—fell apart.

I know what it’s like to keep showing up…
to keep functioning…
while something inside of you hasn’t caught up.

To look like you’re okay on the outside—
and quietly feel like you’re not yourself anymore.

That’s the space I know well.

And it’s the space I hold for others now.

This isn’t about getting over grief.

It’s about understanding it—so it can move, instead of quietly shaping your life.

If you’re open to a different way through this, you’re in the right place.

You don’t have to keep carrying this the way you have been.

What a Session Feels Like

No two sessions are the same—because no two people carry grief the same way.

We start by slowing things down. Slow is fast here—because it’s what allows things to actually move.

A moment to settle your system.
To come out of your head and into what’s actually going on underneath.

From there, we begin with where you are.

What’s been feeling off.
What’s been sitting with you.
What you haven’t been able to fully make sense of.

We follow what’s coming up in real time—
emotionally, physically, and intuitively.

Sometimes that looks like putting language to what hurts.
Sometimes it’s working with what your body has been holding.
Sometimes it’s connecting with parts of you that haven’t been fully heard.

And at times, insight comes through in ways you haven’t been able to access on your own—
including intuitive or channeled guidance, or a sense of connection that brings clarity.

There’s no script. No one-size-fits-all approach.

Each session is guided by one question:
What do you need right now?

You leave with:

a clearer understanding of what you’ve been carrying

a shift in how it’s sitting in you

and a sense of what your next step is

Not because you were told what to do—
but because it finally makes sense.
